SCOPE OF WORK

Quickbooks Packages - Options 1, 2, 4
- Set-up Quickbooks (One-time set-up fee $367)
- Quarterly or Monthly maintenance (clean up, bank reconciliations, and any adjusting entries needed) up to 2 checking/savings accounts, one credit card account (more accounts at an additional fee), and one third-party payment source.
- Accounts with third-party payments, such as Square, PayPal, Stripe, etc., may require an additional fee based on the number of payment sources, transactions, etc. Some may require additional software costs. However, free and low-cost solutions will be presented.
- Prep for tax, such as making adjustments and any journal entries needed.
- Prepare Quarterly or Monthly Financial Statements for review
- It does not include bill pay or receivables
- Does not include the cost of software (recommend Simple Start Plan): https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/
- Clean-up for months before the start month for the maintenance will be priced based on how messy the books are and the number of months that need to be reconciled and cleaned. (An additional fee is not included with the set-up fee.)
- NoteโCertain tasks in QBO may require additional software, such as other 3rd party apps, which the client will purchase per our suggestion.

Quarterly Taxes - Options 1, 2
Review income and make recommendations and calculations for quarterly estimated taxes for Federal and State.
Books will be prepped and ready for taxes.
Tax notices not included (such services require a separate engagement and additional consideration)
Optional Tax Filing (additional fee) These may include preparing & filing 1099-NECs and OR I-WIRE filing - for Oregon filers.
Reduced rate tax returns are not included but are an option for an additional fee.

Online Portal
Bank statements will be uploaded by the client each month to their secure portal. We want to keep your information safe and secure. Do not email us anything with personal information. All private documents should be uploaded to the portal.

Zoom Video Meetings
In these meetings, we'll review any open items pertaining to the financials (such as uncategorized transactions, adjustments needed, etc).
We will review the financial statements together and address any questions you may have, such as hiring contractors, putting money in retirement, tax issues, etc.
For a more in depth discussion, you can add on strategy sessions at a reduced rate, depending on your package.

Gusto Payroll & 1099s - Available for Options 1, 2
- Set-Up Fee (one-time fee $297) Includes initial QBs mapping.
- Run back payroll, create off-cycle payroll, adjust additional mapping to QBs, are charged case-by-case depending on the task. Generally, $197 to $297)
- Includes payroll consulting and questions related to payroll and contractors (during our allotted meetings or quarterly email).
- Optional (additional fee) - assistance with compliance for 1099s, W-9s, W2s, payroll tax, OR I-WIRE filing - for Oregon filers.
- Includes mapping QBO to Gusto (part of set-up fee, or on its own $197)
- Includes limited support utilizing Gusto's HR features (such as insurance, retirement, etc.) (during our allotted meetings or quarterly email).
- This does not include payroll processing fees or software costs
- This does not include running payroll or making payroll adjustments (these services can be purchased ad-hoc when needed)
- Emails regarding payroll, making adjustments, and consulting outside our allotted meeting time (additional fee required)

PACKAGES TO FIT YOUR DIFFERENT NEEDS AND BUDGETS
Each option can be purchased on a quarterly basis.
No long-term contracts. Discounts on tax preparation will be given after three consecutive quarters.

Meet 15 minutes after each QTR via Zoom to review books and financial statements.
The one-time set-up fee for new QBO books is $367
Reports are delivered QTRLY. For Monthly reports there is an additional fee of $150/per QTR.
Ad-hoc meetings and/or advisory sessions can be requested based on $297/per hour or $127/per 15 minutes.
For 1099s filed outside of Gusto, there is a processing fee of $197 (for the first recipient and $87 for any additional ones).

Meet 45 minutes after each QTR via Zoom to review books, financial statements, and profitability.
One time set-up fee for new QBO books $367
Reports are delivered QTRLY. For Monthly reports there is an additional fee of $150/per QTR.
Ad-hoc meetings and/or advisory sessions can be requested based on $257/per hour or $97/per 15 minutes.
